Manufacturing Defects and Shipping Damage Issue Resolution Policy

Being that all our products are shipped directly from China we cannot offer any on site inspection of your products. This helps save on shipping costs and delivery time. However this can occasionally cause some of our products to arrive with defects and damages caused by careless shipping providers. 

If you find anything out of place with your order please contact us directly at service@3dxdolls.com. We will need photos showing the damage caused by shipping as proof in assisting with the insurance claim. This will be used against the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc.).


Please provide the following information: 

  • Photographs/images of the damage caused from shipping
  • Photographs/images of the outer packaging - outside of the box
  • Photographs/images of the inner packaging - inside of the box

If you find any of the following upon opening of your doll please contact us immediately:

  • Broken joints/limbs/fingers
  • Loose joints
  • Wrong doll body or head
  • Missing accessories

Please provide a list of missing parts and/or photos of the broken pieces, joints, etc. and we will contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to arrange a new doll to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Buying a doll can be a rather large purchase and investment. You may feel a bit of buyer’s remorse after making your purchase, or while waiting for it to arrive. If you experience unexpected financial difficulties during the process and feel you want to cancel we have the following options available. 

If you cancel your order before it has gone to the manufacturer a full refund will be sent (minus any Paypal or Card Processing fees. As these are not refunded by the payment processors.

If however the doll is produced, ready to ship, and you decide to cancel, we CANNOT issue a refund. 3DxDolls will be forced to accept the doll as stock inventory. With shipping and listing fees, we can only issue refunds equal to the complete value of the order minus the additional costs listed below:  

  • Shipping Fees: US$200 - $400 depending on the weight of the doll.
  • Restocking Fee: 30% of the value of the doll
  • Listing Fee: US$100

If you wish to return your doll after you've received it, you may do so, provided it has not been used for sex or similar. Bear in mind that all refunds are subject to inspection (additional US$100.00 fee) to determine that the doll has not been used, and you will have to cover the cost of shipping the doll from your home to 3DxDolls before your partial refund can be processed. 

Once you have had sex with your doll (even one time), the doll is considered used and no longer accepted for a refund

Please note all custom made dolls are made to order and as such a considerable fee is required to facilitate resell of the doll in full or in part.

Please note that the cost to ship the doll to 3DxDolls is  the responsibility of the customer.
